At our site, we do not collect personal-identifiable information
from visitors unless they provide it to us. This is done when
our visitors order our coffees or other products from our site. This
will include your name, address, e-mail address, phone number and
if you pay on-line, your credit or debit card information. This
information is downloaded in a secure fashion and is used for internal
processing and review. This information is kept confidential
as we do not share or sell any of our customer information. If
any customer information changes, we will only be able to change
it on our system after a customer has logged in with their registered
user name and makes the appropriate changes.

Shipping Policy
Javámo Coffees will strive to ship all orders
received from Monday through Friday within 24 – 48 business
hours. All
orders received on the weekend will be processed on Monday. All
orders received on a Holiday, will be processed on the next working
business day.
Shipping Charges are a pass through from our current provider (and
we personally understand that these costs, just like many that are
affected by increased fuel charges have risen!). These charges are calculated
based on the weight of your order, the location it’s being
shipped to and the timeframe you have specified to receive your package.
Shipping charges will be added on the check-out page of our website. Typically,
the more coffees you order per box, the less it will cost for
each individual bag of coffee or gift item being shipped!
